Thomas Weir, PsyD- Dr. Weir is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in the treatment of adolescents and adults as well as psychological, psycho-educational, and neuropsychological evaluations. Dr. Weir graduated from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2001with a Doctorate in Psychology. He also holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology both awarded to him by Marymount University. Dr. Weir is also a certified as a Juvenile Forensic Evaluator by the University of Virginia’s Institute for Law, Psychiatry, and Public Policy. Dr. Weir utilizes various treatment modalities such as psychodynamic , cognitive behavioral techniques, and evidence based interventions in his practice. Dr. Weir has been an adjunct professor of neuropsychology at Marymount University’s Graduate program in Community Counseling Psychology and Forensic Psychology. He is a recent recipient of a special honor from Marymount University’s Psychology Department and President of the University for his contribution to Marymount University for teaching 28 sections of neuropsychology.
