Stephanie Bailey-Baughman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2010. She then went on to complete her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2016. Stephanie completed a two-year fellowship in integrated behavioral health in Grand Junction, Colorado in December of 2018. In the past, she has worked as a case manager and therapist in a psychiatric inpatient setting at West Springs Hospital. She currently works as a behavioral health clinician through Behavioral Health and Wellness and is integrated into various Primary Care Partners’ clinics. Stephanie has a wide range of experience with adolescents, families, and adult patients. In treatment, Stephanie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed techniques among other evidence-based modalities. Stephanie’s goal in therapy is to provide a safe, supportive environment and to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with each client. She operates from a person-centered approach to support each client in effectively navigating counseling and treatment goals to promote healing, well-being, and growth.
