Kymberly Maestas, LPC, CACIII– Kymberly Maestas-Cannon is a Certified Addictions Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Masters of Arts degree in 2004, majoring in Counseling Psychology, at Adams State. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and a Minor in Human Services, from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2000. She has worked with children and families beginning in 1998 as a Substance Abuse Counselor. Kymberly specializes in Adolescent and Family Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Love and Logic Parenting Skills, Individual Therapy, Sexual Victimization, Sexual Identity, Self-Esteem, Physical and Emotional Trauma, Substance Abuse, Healing/Grief and Loss, Adoption Issues, Anxiety, and Blended Family Interactions.
